Emily Gray-Wollard
Emily Gray-Wollard is a Jamaican-American photographer who lives and work in Tucson. She worked in 2021 at The Island In Tucson on a land art sculpture project made of 3 glass cubes of various sizes. Each cube will have a ground made of pink sand that contrats with the dirt of the surrounding. She planted as well wild desert flowers seeds all around the cubes in an area with a circular shape. Her project when the cubes will be fully integrated into nature and the flowers will be flourishing is to invite nude female models to a photo shooting during which they will be enclosed in the cubes. Photographs will be printed in a limited edition and an art video project will be shown online.

She also organized in April 2019 an happening you can see on the 2nd slideshow at the bottom of the page.
